Trion Worlds Announces ArcheAge and RIFT Launch Dates
Trion Worlds, global developer and publisher of premium online games, today announced the launch date for its long-awaited MMO adventure ArcheAge, alongside content updates and release dates for its other properties: RIFT, Defiance and Trove.
ArcheAge, the anticipated MMORPG from Trion and XLGames, will officially launch on Tuesday, September 16. Fans worldwide will be able to participate in ArcheAge’s Open Beta from September 4-8. Head Start for Founders begins September 12 and runs until launch; learn more at ArcheAgeGame.com.
RIFT players have more to look forward to as they take the battle to the planes themselves! The Nightmare Tide expansion is officially targeting a launch on October 8, and three Collector’s Editions have been released to support the expansion. Nightmare Tide takes players into the Plane of Water, where dreams and nightmares made manifest threaten the existence of Telara and all of the elemental planes. Defiance, the hit MMO and SyFy television crossover series, is prepping for a massive end-of-September Aftermath update. Trove, Trion’s sandbox-style voxel MMORPG that allows players to adventure, explore, and create their own worlds, will be entering Closed Beta on September 25.
