Manga Fighter shutting down July 30th
The Manga Fighter homepage took a surprise today by rerouting to a simple declaration from GamesCampus that the game would be ending its three years of service on July 30th.
GamesCampus gave no reason to why Manga Fighter was shutting down, and merely told players the forums would be open until July 30th. In the forums, a GM explained that several events would be held until the game shuts down:
– July 16th – July 19th: 4x EXP and Don
– “Soccer Drop” event each day, Monday through Friday
– All items dropped to 1 CC on July 20th.
– July 23rd: 5x EXP and Don.
There’s also no word if Manga Fighter players will be compensated in a welcome package to another GamesCampus game.
