SMITE Enters Open Beta on Playstation 4

Hi-Rez Studios announced that the mythology-themed action game SMITE is now officially in open beta for Playstation 4.  The closed beta exceeded expectations as players rushed to experience SMITE on Playstation for the first time. SMITE has over 14 million players worldwide and now the popular 3rd person action MOBA is available for anyone to download and play for free on the Playstation 4.

This week also marks SMITE’s 2nd anniversary and to celebrate, Hi-Rez has a series of promotions lined up, with a new event each day through March 28th. During this time, the Ultimate God Pack, which gives players all current and future gods, will be 50% off for the first time in SMITE history.
