Renewal update launches for Genesis A.D

Genesis A.D is launching its “renewal update” across all global regions, adding in a temporary new action system they expect to balance class issues. Changes have been made to the Assault Branch, Supplier Branch,and Sniper Branch, particularly addressing defense and dodge jumping.

The update also adds the Encounter (Deathmatch) and Battle Chess (Deathmatch) maps.

Hello Genesis A.D Fans!

That’s right! The renewal update is here and it will be in effect in all countries that service Genesis A.D (not just our version)! In this update, we’re testing the waters by revealing our new action system! This action system addresses most of the class specific balance issues and gives set skills to certain classes. After testing it out, be sure to let us know what you think in the Suggestions Section of the Genesis A.D forums (please keep in mind that the new action system is not permanent). We have also made some minor balance changes to various Supplier weapons and added 2 new Death Match maps! Check out more detailed information below.

The servers will be offline on January 12th from 11:00PM to 1:00AM (server time).

California: 01/12 @ 11:00PM – 1:00AM

New York: 01/13 @ 2:00AM – 4:00AM

Berlin: 01/13 @ 8:00AM – 10:00AM


New Action System!

As mentioned above, ALL countries servicing Genesis A.D will be testing this new action system. Although the exact numbers are questionable, the following is what you can expect to be changed when you get in game. Please keep in mind that this is still a testing phase and this new action system is not a permanent addition to Genesis A.D. We understand that these changes may be drastic and that’s why we’re implementing it during a testing phase.

Assault Branch:

– Increased Base Defense Stat.

– Reduced Base Movement Speed Stat.

– Increased All Booster Backpack Power.

– Can No Longer Dodge Jump.

Supplier Branch:

– Decreased Base Defense Stat.

– Increased Base Movement Speed Stat.

– Decreased All Booster Backpack Power.

– The Ability to Dodge Jump Now Depends on your Armor.

Sniper Branch:

– Defensive Stat is the Same.

– Movement Speed Stat is the Same.

– Can Now Remain Cloaked for a Longer Period of Time.

– Can No Longer Dodge Jump.
