Elsword is revisiting the Masters of Darkness theme, allowing Ain to fall prey to corruption in this path:

In eventually learning to understand and empathize with humanity and the infinite facets of human emotion, Ain falls prey to corruption. Ain calls out to his Goddess without response. Without the Goddess and his Mission, Ain begins to unravel. The God Henir saves Ain, binding his body to the world, twisting his soul with absolute chaos in the process.
