Overview

MapleStory M Overview

MapleStory M places you in the series’ vibrant 2D fantasy setting with mobile-friendly controls and a pace tuned for shorter play windows. You can keep up to five characters, making it easy to experiment with different roles—maybe a tanky Dark Knight, a healing Bishop, a high-damage Night Lord, a ranged Bowmaster, a firearm-using Captain, or any of the many other jobs available. Character styling is a big part of the experience: tweak details such as skin tone and hair, then hunt down fashion items to evolve your look over time.

Your journey begins on Maple Island before shifting into a cycle of quests and Daily Tasks for reliable experience. From there, you’ll move through different regions and maps, including areas such as Nihal Desert and Minar Forest, with NPC vendors handling buying, selling, and basic maintenance. For more concentrated action, team up for boss dungeons where the draw is better loot and rare drops. Multiplayer is further supported by guilds that can hold up to twenty players, giving you a focused community to coordinate with and grow stronger together. Pets add convenience by assisting in fights and picking up drops automatically, matching MapleStory’s fast, constant stream of items.

MapleStory M Key Features:

  • Tons of Classes – It mirrors much of the PC game’s job roster, spanning Explorer jobs along with Cygnus Knights, Heroes, Resistance, Demon, and Nova options—adding up to 31+ playable classes overall.
  • Customize Characters – build a distinct look with appearance options and fashion items.
  • Explore the World – Travel across multiple maps and themed zones, including areas like Minar Forest and Victoria Island.
  • Party Up – Join other players to form parties and take on instanced dungeons.
  • Guild System – Participate in guild play with up to twenty members and progress together.
  • Classic MapleStory Gameplay – Retains the recognizable art style and side-scrolling action of the PC MMORPG.
