World of Warcraft’s Revelations Update Adds New Void Zones, a One-Boss Raid, and More Rewards

World of Warcraft’s Revelations content update is live, sending players after the Void’s leaders through a rotating portal in Voidstorm. The portal swaps weekly between two new locations: Naigtal, an arcane-heavy fungal world held by the Hal’hadar, and Val, an icy former Legion world where Domanaar Imperator Pertinax has set up shop.

Both areas add the usual outdoor loop: World Quests, rares, events, and world bosses tied to the new Void storyline. According to Blizzard’s full patch notes, the update also adds a new power system, a single-boss raid, reward changes for existing Void activities, and a few time-limited events coming over the next several weeks.

  • The Omnium Folio is a new progression feature tied to Magister Umbric and Grand Magister Rommath. Players unlock and empower runes through weekly activities.
  • Sporefall is a new single-boss raid in Harandar, with Rotmire available in Raid Finder, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic. Mythic also supports flexible groups of 15 to 25 players.
  • Ritual Sites now have a Tier 6 difficulty with six selectable challenges, extra rewards, and new achievements. Completing the hardest version can award the Ritual Breaker title.
  • Void Strikes, Void Incursions, and related weekly quests now grant more experience. Dark Particle drop rates and Bulging Satchel chances have also been increased.
  • Trima Dawnsetter in Silvermoon City sells cosmetic pouches for 150 Dark Particles, while Maren Silverwing sells slot-specific Heroic and Warbound Champion caches.
  • Lorewalking gets a loa-focused chapter with Assistant Lorewalker Li Li, covering Zandalari, Drakkari, Gurubashi, and Darkspear troll stories.

The Darkspear Dash micro-holiday starts June 27, sending trolls and allies on a race from Echo Isles to Silvermoon City. Turbulent Timeways returns the week of June 30 with a six-week schedule and a new mount, Spawn of Vyranoth, plus Dragonflight dungeons added to the rotation.

A new Zul’jan story chapter begins the week of July 7, centered on the Amani trolls and an old mystery tied to their legacy. Blizzard also says more user interface quality-of-life changes are included, covering raid frames, damage meters, and other smaller adjustments.
