Petit Planet: Stardrift opens sign-ups for April 21 beta test

HoYoverse has opened sign-ups for a limited beta test for the Petit Planet: Stardrift, with the test set to start on April 21. The beta will be available on PC, iOS, and Android. Petit Planet: Stardrift is a cozy animal crossing like game from the same folks behind Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail.

This is a closed test, so signing up only gives players a chance to get in. HoYoverse says it will be a data wipe test, there won’t be any in-game purchases, and the build won’t reflect final game quality since Petit Planet: Stardrift is still in development.

A new trailer has also been released alongside the sign-up period, showing off some of the game’s early gameplay. Beyond that, the announcement doesn’t share much more about the test’s scope or how long it will run.

For now, players interested in trying Petit Planet: Stardrift early can register ahead of the April 21 start date and wait to see if they’re selected.
