MapleStory Fest 2026 Set for October in Los Angeles as Trailblazers Launches in MapleStory Worlds

Nexon America has announced MapleStory Fest 2026, with the community event returning to Los Angeles on Saturday, October 17 at The Hill at Universal City. Tickets go on sale August 13 at 2:00 p.m. PDT, and ticket holders will also be able to pre-order exclusive merch before the show.

This year’s MapleStory Fest is shifting to a theater-style setup, meaning one ticket gets attendees a reserved seat for the main stage programming. Nexon says the event will include presentations from the MapleStory team, music performances, fan activities, a cosplay contest, and the first Maple Music Video Contest. A full schedule is still coming later, with more details on the MapleStory Fest minisite.

Nexon also announced that Trailblazers, a new tactical dungeon crawler, is now available inside MapleStory Worlds on PC and mobile. The game was developed by Cometa, an independent studio from Peru, and uses MapleStory’s setting as the basis for grid-based combat and dungeon runs.

Trailblazers sends players through five themed worlds after the Genesis Crystal is stolen, corrupting portals and turning normally peaceful monsters hostile. Enemies and bosses are inspired by MapleStory creatures, though Cometa has reworked them for its own tactical format.

The studio also pulled from Peruvian and Latin American influences, including music featuring instruments like the Peruvian cajón, Andean guitar, and charango. Trailblazers can be played now through its MapleStory Worlds page.
