Mabinogi Mobile Gets October 7 Launch Date in Japan
Nexon will launch Mabinogi Mobile in Japan on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, following its appearance at Tokyo Game Show 2026. The mobile and PC online RPG has also passed 200,000 pre-registrations in the region, unlocking its previously announced sign-up rewards.
Players who pre-register before launch are set to receive 20 Fashion Tickets, three Dye Ampoule Selection Boxes, and the Swordsman School Uniform Set. Nexon has added one more milestone at 250,000 pre-registrations, which would give all players another 10 Fashion Tickets if reached.
The publisher is also running a couple of countdown campaigns on X. One asks players to share a favorite scene from the latest promotional video for a chance at Amazon gift cards, with prizes ranging from 1,000 yen to 50,000 yen. Another campaign will give away signed boards from 11 voice actors tied to characters appearing in Chapter 1 at launch, with 22 boards planned in total.
Mabinogi Mobile is part of Nexon’s booth at Tokyo Game Show 2026, where the game’s area recreates Tir Chonaill with a goddess statue photo spot, cosplayers, and a campfire-themed playable demo. Visitors can also pick up a flyer with a coupon code for an in-game Odd-Eye Cat Beanie, redeemable after launch.
The game is a new online RPG based on the long-running Mabinogi series, with a new story, mobile-focused controls, character customization, combat, cooking, housing, and community features. Nexon says it will support cross-play between mobile devices and PC.
