Final Fantasy XIV’s FFXV Crossover Returns September 24 With the Regalia Mount

Final Fantasy XIV is bringing back its Final Fantasy XV crossover event, A Nocturne for Heroes, on September 24, 2026. The event runs until October 13 at 14:59 GMT, with the Australian end time landing on October 14 at 1:59 AEDT.

This is the same version of the event that’s appeared before, so returning players shouldn’t expect new quests or rewards. The big draw is still the Regalia Type-G, the four-seat car mount from Final Fantasy XV, which can be bought during the event for 200,000 MGP.

To take part, your character needs to be level 50, not counting limited jobs, and you’ll need to have completed the main scenario quest “The Ultimate Weapon.” Once you’re eligible, the event starts with “The Man in Black” from Kipih Jakkya in Ul’dah, Steps of Nald, at X:8.5, Y:9.7.

Rewards include the Lucian Prince costume set from the event quests, Modern Aesthetics – Lucian Locks for 20,000 MGP, the Noctis Lucis Caelum Triple Triad card for 10,000 MGP, and several orchestrion rolls obtained through Unidentified Magitek exchanges.

If you already cleared A Nocturne for Heroes in a previous run, you can replay the quests through the seasonal event replay feature by speaking with Kipih Jakkya. Replaying the quests won’t give you the rewards again. Square Enix also notes that if you start a replay, related purchases and exchanges can be locked until the three event quests are finished again, so don’t leave it half-done near the deadline.
