Elder Scrolls Online’s Night Market event zone is now live through June 17

The Elder Scrolls Online has kicked off its new Night Market feature, a limited-time event zone in Fargrave that’s live now and runs through June 17. It’s the big addition in the game’s current “season zero” rollout, and it gives players a new space built around faction choice, repeatable activities, bosses, puzzles, races, and a 12-player trial.

According to the official post, players pick one of three factions in the zone and earn favor and loot by working through that faction’s content. ZeniMax says it’s treating Night Market as a returning feature, with feedback from this run helping shape the next version later this year.

One of the more notable rewards is Night’s Den, a player home tied to the zone. Players can unlock it by completing the “Those Who Would Rule” intro quest, and then expand it by collecting relics in Night Market. That’s a little different from ESO’s usual housing unlocks, and probably the most interesting reward hook here beyond the standard event loot.

ZeniMax has also started a new Golden Pursuits campaign themed around the event. That one includes 53 activities tied to Night Market play, with rewards including gold and skins for doing things like faction dailies, earning favor, and defeating zone enemies.

If you’re waiting for some of the other stuff tied to ESO’s current seasonal update plan, it’s not all here yet. The overland challenge difficulty system and the Sheogorath quest content are still slated for Update 50 on June 8. Full details for today’s changes are in the patch notes, though they’re tucked into an older forum thread.
