Elder Scrolls Online Lines Up Update 50, PC Game Pass, and June Events

June is a busy month for The Elder Scrolls Online, with Update 50, a PC Game Pass launch, and several limited-time events all landing on the calendar. ZeniMax Online Studios laid out the schedule in its monthly overview, including a first look ahead to July’s Season One.

ESO joins PC Game Pass on June 2, making it playable for subscribers on PC and handheld devices through Xbox Anywhere. A few days later, the Xbox Games Showcase on June 7 will include a peek at Season One, which starts in July.

Update 50 goes live on June 8. The patch brings Challenge Difficulty, Class Mastery, a permanent Vengeance Campaign, PvP Veterancy, Guild Mail, and a Werewolf refresh. For PvP players, the Three-Sided Chaosball Battlegrounds Spotlight runs from June 9 through June 17.

  • The Night Market and its Golden Pursuits campaign continue through June 17.
  • A new Golden Pursuits starts June 18, themed around Challenge Difficulty, with currencies and Crown Crates among the rewards.
  • Zeal of Zenithar returns from June 24 through July 8.
  • Developer livestreams are also planned for June, with more details on upcoming features and July’s Season One.

The studio is also expected to share an early look at Update 51 during the month. For now, the main things to watch are Update 50’s systems changes and how ESO’s new seasonal setup starts taking shape after its PC Game Pass debut.
