Blue Protocol: Star Resonance lines up Shangri-La Frontier and Fairy Tail crossover events
Blue Protocol: Star Resonance is getting a run of anime crossover events, with the first one starting March 19. The game’s team has confirmed three collaborations in total, beginning with Shangri-La Frontier next week, followed by Fairy Tail in May.
The third crossover is still being kept under wraps. All that’s been shown so far is a teaser image and a planned May 2026 release window. According to the game’s official website, the collaborations will roll out through future updates.
For the Shangri-La Frontier event, the developers say players can expect featured characters, in-game events, and a new game mode. Specific details on how that content will work in Blue Protocol: Star Resonance haven’t been shared yet.
The Fairy Tail collaboration is scheduled for May, but that one also hasn’t been fully detailed so far. Beyond the name, the announcement didn’t go much further.
So for now, the main takeaway is pretty simple: Blue Protocol: Star Resonance has three anime tie-ins on the way, and the first one arrives next week. The mystery collab is the only long-term piece of the roadmap, with its launch currently set for May 2026.
