Albion Online roadmap teases an Xbox launch, a February Faction Warfare update, and dragons this summer

Sandbox Interactive has laid out Albion Online’s spring-summer 2026 roadmap, confirming a February update for the current “Realm Divided” season, a bigger spring update in April, and an Xbox launch planned for after that. The studio also teased a summer update built around dragons.

The next drop is Realm Divided Part II on February 23. It continues the recent Faction Warfare shake-up and adds two major pieces: Faction Battle Standards and a reworked Bandit Assault event.

Faction Battle Standards are new carryable objectives for faction-flagged players. You’ll be able to pick up a Standard in active Provinces and deliver it to an outpost for Faction Points. The longer you keep it alive and the more you do along the way, including PvE, PvP, and outpost captures, the more it’s worth. If you get taken down, the opposing side can grab the Standard with its built-up value, turning it into a moving fight target.

Bandit Assault is also being overhauled to fit the new Faction Warfare structure, with faction activities feeding into the Supply system.

Looking ahead, the April spring update is positioned as a “foundations” refresh. Sandbox Interactive says it’s targeting significant performance improvements for large fights, plus an open-world visual overhaul aimed at making the game easier to read while keeping its current look. The update also adds a 1v1 arena for PvP practice, a new Crystal Arena map, and “The Armory,” a feature meant to help players find build loadouts for different types of content.

An Xbox version is slated to arrive after the spring update, alongside UI changes and adapted screens for console play. Then, in summer, the team plans a short Keeper Event Season leading into the dragon-focused update, with higher-risk full-loot zones expected to offer the biggest rewards.
