The Agency is a unique 3D spy themed MMO shooter game by SOE. Even though the title is an MMO shooter, The Agency is a completely unique game. It has a much larger emphasis on sneaking around and completing missions rather than just outright mindless shooting like most MMO shooters. With the ability to switch between first and third person mode at anytime, The Agency appeals to a wide audience in the MMO shooter market.

The Agency Overview
The Agency is a 3D Spy themed MMO shooter with both a traditional MMOFPS gameplay and unique mission based gameplay. The game is published by Sony Online Entertainment, the folks behind games like Free Realms, EverQuest and Vanguard. The game’s more traditional FPS style gameplay doesn’t need much explaining, as it’s extremely similar to other MMOFPS games like Wolfteam and Combat Arms. The Agency’s most unique component is its spy themed missions, as they can be quite enjoyable. Missions very in length, with the shorter ones being 10-15 minutes while the longer ones require 30-60 minutes to complete. Many of the game’s missions were inspired by popular espionage / spy films, so players can expect missions to involve things like assassinations, delivery and heists. Some of the game’s missions can actually take well over an hour to complete, meaning the The Agency has a lot of content. The best part about The Agency is that it appeals to all sorts of gamers. The Agency is certainly one of the most anticipated games of 2010, so make sure to keep an eye out for it.
