Throne and Liberty’s Ramux Archboss Arrives July 30

Throne and Liberty is getting its next Archboss on July 30, with Amazon previewing Ramux, the last Dragon Knight, in a new official post. The fight centers on Ramux and her dragon partner Atirat, with ice-themed attacks, two combat phases, and new weapons tied to the encounter.

In the first phase, Ramux rides Atirat and attacks players with cold-based abilities. Later, she absorbs Atirat’s power and fights on her own. Amazon also notes there will be a ballista in the arena, which sounds like the main tool players will need to bring the dragon down.

The same post also addresses several issues from the Frozen Divide Nix update. Amazon says it’s reducing the required player count for instanced field events and giving players more time to complete them. It’s also removing the Shemir’s Armillary Sphere repair step from Oath of Nails and Sparks.

Other fixes are aimed at the Aethersuit and Auroral Path, specifically their pathing and travel behavior. Amazon says more tweaks are included as well, though the post focuses on the larger pain points players have been running into since the summer update.
