KartRider Rush+ Season 40 Adds Mechanic 2 Content and Aquarium Features
KartRider Rush+ has rolled out its Season 40 Mechanic 2 update on Android and iOS, adding more mechanic-themed karts, racers, pets, tracks, and a new Aquarium system tied to Rushmoor Farms.
The update continues the Mechanic storyline from Season 18, with Nexon bringing back the mechanical city theme alongside a fresh round of seasonal events and rewards. The game remains free to download on mobile.
- New karts include Flare Viper, Venom Viper, Ingenuity, Steel King Crab, Aircraft Carrier, Steam Locomotive, Electro, and Roller.
- New racers include Riley, Technician Naiad, Sailor Tiera, Mechanic Ethen, and Steampunk Bazzi.
- New pets include the Maple Spirit flying pet and Mechameow.
- Afternoon Break (Castle) has been added as a Speed Track.
- Fun Summer Vacation (Beach) arrives August 7 as both a Speed Track and Item Track.
The new Aquarium content opens in Rushmoor Farms once players reach Center Level 20. Its missions reset weekly, letting players earn rewards, raise Sea Beast stats, boost Coin revenue, or raise more Sea Beasts. Star Coins earned from missions can also be exchanged for resources and new buff items in the Aquarium shop.
Several limited-time events are running with the update. Until August 23, players can collect Watermelon, Ice Cream, Donut, and Lollipop-type shards from multiplayer races to unlock permanent Sailor Tiera. The Season Exchange is also open until September 16, with rewards such as permanent Grassy Rabbit Naiad, Buggy Turtle, and Track Star Tiera.
For the Aquarium launch, Nexon is running a short bonus event from July 24 to July 26 with a 50% boost to EXP and earned quantities, plus a 50% increase to Rushmoor Farms Coin revenue from restaurant dish sales. From July 23 through September 16, players can also earn Batteries or Secret Keys based on Aquarium growth grade, along with Sea Beast feed and ranch feed through missions.
