Throne and Liberty Plans November Changes for Gear Drops, Hit Chance, Daggers, and Skill Cores

Throne and Liberty’s October 2026 Resistance Report lays out several fixes coming over the next few weeks, with Amazon and NCSoft focusing on gear progression, PvP stat balance, Colossus Vegamor, and Skill Core acquisition.

The biggest near-term shift is aimed at max-level gear drops. The team says an earlier drop-rate error made max-level gear appear more often than intended, and the later correction pushed too hard in the other direction. In November, max-level gear obtained after reaching the maximum gear level will have its drop rate increased again, with the goal of making farming feel less flat without returning to the mistaken launch rates.

  • Hit Chance is being reworked so it has value beyond simply countering high Evasion builds. The first changes will start with key weapon types and add weapon-specific benefits for investing in the stat.
  • Daggers will keep their Evasion identity, but some of the easier Evasion synergy when paired with other weapons is being toned down. More of that power will move toward actively using Dagger mobility skills.
  • Colossus Vegamor event scheduling is changing this month. Peace and Guild events will alternate between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM local server time every other week, with more weekend scheduling changes also planned.
  • Guild Battle stages 1 through 3 in Colossus content will be made easier later this month, with lower completion requirements so guilds can reach the final boss faster.
  • Skill Core drop rates are going up in Tumgir Hollow and Co-op Dungeons in November, alongside a guaranteed crafting system for specific Skill Cores.
  • Each weapon will also get three new Skill Cores, giving players more build options around existing skills.

The stat changes are likely the most important for PvP players, since the current Hit Chance and Evasion setup can make certain weapon pairings feel much more efficient than others. The studio says more exact numbers and timing will be shared in future release notes.

For now, the confirmed window is split between “this month” for the Colossus schedule and Guild Battle adjustments, and November for the gear, stat, and Skill Core updates.
