The Quinfall’s Latest Major Patch Adds NPC Workers You Can Capture and Train
The Quinfall’s Major Patch v1.3.0.3 went live on October 21, 2026, adding a new Worker System built around capturing NPC workers, training them, and assigning them jobs at player Altar areas.
To get started, players need a Truncheon, Worker Badge, Lasso Rope, and Wheel of Discipline. The basic flow is pretty direct: find a worker tribe on the map, lower a worker’s HP without killing them, knock them out with the Truncheon, tie them up with a Lasso, then drag them back to a Wheel of Discipline for training. After that, the worker can be placed in inventory and assigned to a matching role.
- Workers can only be trained and assigned within Altar areas, not purchasable houses.
- Players can have 1 worker following them at a time.
- Personal Altar areas can hold up to 50 workers, while Clan Altar areas can hold up to 200.
- If a worker dies, the worker and equipped items are permanently lost, though costumes are returned by mail.
- Captured workers can be returned to inventory and listed on the Central Marketplace.
The system includes several worker professions. Dancers provide temporary buffs, Gatherers collect resources, Workbench Workers speed up production and can add bonus output, Farmers water plants, Animal Breeders feed animals, Caravan Workers increase silver earned from caravan work, and Warriors can guard an Altar or follow the player as combat companions.
Worker strength depends mainly on tier and level, with equipment also affecting stats. Warrior Workers have the highest base stats, making them the obvious pick for guards or a fighting companion. Different tribes lean toward different professions too, with the Varkhenn Tribe called out as mostly combat-focused.
The patch also includes fixes for stuck Party Mark indicators, terrain and grass display issues after relogging, and server/client optimization for terrain digging. A follow-up v1.3.0.4 patch was also noted, but the Worker System is the main addition in this update.
