Sudden Attack Zero Point Enters Early Access on Steam

Nexon has launched Sudden Attack Zero Point in Early Access on PC via Nexon’s own launcher and Steam. The free-to-play FPS remaster is now openly available for the first time on the platform, with upgraded visuals, new progression events, and a starting set of maps and weapons. The game launched with a 24 hour peak of 6,856 concurrent players on Steam alone.

The Early Access launch begins with a Pre-Season that adds the City Cat map and the Epic Part “Sandstorm.” Nexon says Seasons 1 through 3 are planned to roll out across 2026 as part of the game’s previously announced roadmap.

At launch, players can jump into CQB and Bomb Defusal modes across seven maps. The weapon lineup includes 13 primary weapons, four secondary weapons, and more than 200 customization parts. A new Practice Mode is also available, giving players a place to test weapon builds before taking them into matches.

  • Daily Login Event runs from July 30 to August 12.
  • Players get three Key Cards each day they log in during the event.
  • Key Cards are used to open Crates earned through gameplay.
  • The Black Market is available separately for trading acquired items.

Sudden Attack Zero Point keeps the original game’s focus on quick rounds, positioning, aim, and fast decision-making. The remaster also adds a gun customization system that can change stats such as recoil and reload speed, along with cosmetic parts.

Nexon says the team has been responding to feedback from the final closed beta through developer diaries and community updates. For now, the main takeaway is simple: the remaster is playable now, free-to-play, and starting its 2026 content schedule with Pre-Season.
