RuneScape Monopoly Edition Opens Pre-Orders Ahead of October Release

Jagex is giving RuneScape the Monopoly treatment. A limited RuneScape Edition of Monopoly is set to arrive in October, with pre-orders open now through the official RuneScape merch store.

The board swaps classic Monopoly properties for locations around Gielinor, including Lumbridge, Varrock, and Prifddinas, which takes the place of Boardwalk as the high-value space. Players will buy locations, build houses and castles, and collect GP instead of standard Monopoly cash.

The themed tokens lean into RuneScape’s long-running in-jokes and recognizable items. The set includes Bob the Cat, a party hat, a Dragon boot, and a cabbage, among others.

Ports such as Port Sarim and Port Khazard appear as the board’s transit-style spaces, while taverns like The Blue Moon Inn also show up as buyable spots.

RuneScape Monopoly is priced at $59.99 / £49.99. It follows Jagex’s recent tabletop push with Steamforged Games, including RuneScape Kingdoms: Shadow of Elvarg and RuneScape Kingdoms: The Roleplaying Game.
