Project Gorgon adds its first guild system in March update
Project Gorgon now has a guild system, giving the long-running indie MMORPG a more formal way for groups to organize. According to the official post, players can create a guild with five members and 200 ancient coins, with shared bank access and a dedicated guild chat channel included in this first version.
The developers said this is just the first pass, with more guild features planned for later updates. For now, it covers the basics, which is probably the main thing regular groups needed.
The same March update also made a few broader gameplay changes. Wards have been added back to the shop, enemies and bosses now have more health and deal more damage, and quest rewards were rebalanced across the game.
Project Gorgon has always leaned heavily on player interaction, so guild support feels like a pretty natural addition even if it arrived later than some players might have expected. The game saw a big spike after launch earlier this year, and while that surge has cooled off, its Steam numbers have settled into a more stable range since then.
