Pantheon previews Druid and Cleric mastery refreshes headed to PTR
Visionary Realms has outlined upcoming Druid and Cleric refreshes for Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen, with both classes getting two mastery paths built around healing or spell damage. The changes are expected to hit the PTR soon, though the studio hasn’t given a specific date yet.
The Druid refresh splits the class into Preserver and Storm Herald. Preserver leans into healing, including tree-of-life-style spells, while Storm Herald focuses on lightning-based damage. Druids will be limited to blunt weapons, scimitars, and the long staff, with spell access tied to schools such as Augmentation, Conjuration, Evocation, Fortification, Manifestation, Restoration, and Enervation. More details are in the Druid announcement.
Druids will still have a mix of healing, damage, buffs, and prevention tools, along with support from a summoned Hirode ally. The preview also mentions Charm Animal and travel forms, including wolf and valehawk transformations.
Cleric is getting a similar setup, with Righteous as the healing mastery and Judgement as the spell DPS option. Its weapon list includes blunt weapons, great hammer, martial staff, long staff, and flail once that weapon type is implemented. Cleric spell access will also depend on specialization, including schools like Consecration, Invocation, Fortification, Manifestation, Restoration, and others listed by the studio in the Cleric announcement.
The Cleric kit sounds more tightly focused on healing, buffs, radiant damage, and an invincibility aura. These previews follow the recent Shaman mastery work that already appeared on the PTR, as Pantheon continues working through class updates ahead of wider testing.
