Neverness to Everness 1.4 Adds Blackbird, Pukaland, and Porsche Collab Vehicles on September 30

Neverness to Everness is getting its Version 1.4 update, “For Whom the Verses Mourn,” after maintenance on September 30, 2026. The downtime is scheduled for 06:00 to 11:00 UTC+8, with logins unavailable during that window. Hotta Studio is giving eligible players 300 Annulith for maintenance and another 300 Annulith for bug fixes through in-game mail.

The update’s big additions are the new limited S-Class character Blackbird, the limited S-Class Arc “Crime and Punishment,” a new main story episode called “The Witch,” and two new locations: Pukaland and St. Arbor. Blackbird’s banner runs from after maintenance until October 21 at 05:59 UTC+8, with Mint, Edgar, and Adler also featured on the board. Lacrimosa and the S-Class Arc “The Last Rose” are returning during the same period.

  • Blackbird arrives as a limited S-Class character, with City Hangouts and Home Time stories available for players who unlock her and raise her Bond Level.
  • “The Witch” continues the main story after “Fogden Game.”
  • Pukaland opens as a new attraction-focused area, with Puka Stars exchangeable for a Gold Pass that gives a permanent 90% discount on park attractions.
  • The Porsche collaboration begins with “Born to Race” Mystery Boxes, featuring the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT with Weissach Package and Porsche 911 Turbo (930).
  • The “Everdriving” Mystery Boxes return with the Porsche 918 Spyder, and previous box progress carries over.

Several limited-time events are also coming with 1.4. “Circle Gifts” gives Solid Dice x10 for logging in across seven days, while “Pukaland Travelogue,” “Terminal Depths,” “Coal Lump’s Treasure,” “Stamina Recharge,” and “Pixel Surge” add more reward tracks through October and early November. A Pukaland Fest gift pack will also arrive by mail after the update, with another pack planned after the October 21 follow-up update.

Outside the headline additions, Version 1.4 adds an Accessories cosmetic system, multiplayer support for “Volley Star,” a follow-cam option for Photo Mode’s Drone Mode, friend recommendations, bulk gifting for Bond levels, and more controller and localization improvements. Neverness to Everness is Hotta Studio’s supernatural open-world RPG set in Hethereau, where players take on Anomaly Hunter work while dealing with the city’s stranger problems.
