FFXIV brings back Valentione’s Day on February 2 with new Cozy outfits and housing items

Final Fantasy XIV is running its annual Valentione’s Day seasonal event again this February, with a new quest in Gridania and a fresh batch of cosmetic rewards. This year’s event runs from February 2 through February 16.

According to the official post, the story setup involves Valentione’s Day regulars Astrid de Valentione and Emilie as they try to keep the festivities (and their cake supply) on track.

On the rewards side, the headliner is a pair of “Cozy Valentione” outfit sets. One version comes with slacks, while the other includes a skirt and socks. Both sets share the same general look, including an argyle-style sweater, a beret, and loafers.

If you’re more into decorating than glam, there are also new housing items tied to the event. That includes a big Rolanberry Valentione Cake furnishing, plus themed furniture like a rug, chair, and table. Square Enix is also doing the usual seasonal dressing across the game’s cities while the event is live.
