The biggest takeaway is pretty simple: the UI looks cleaner and easier to read, but it still sticks close to that old EverQuest feel.

That means lots of grey-and-black panels, flat bars, and a pretty plain font setup. Not exactly flashy, but clearly intentional. The stream also shows off visible gameplay tweaks, though the source material doesn’t get into a full breakdown of every change.

For longtime EverQuest players, the overall vibe seems intact. The demo still has some of that familiar rough-edged MMO energy, right down to faction messages like your standing with the Crushbone Orcs somehow getting even worse.
