Duet Night Abyss 1.6 Adds Arcano Town, Falsi, and New Events

Pan Studio has rolled out Duet Night Abyss update 1.6, titled Paradise’s 22nd White Bunny. The update is live now for the free-to-play hybrid action RPG on Steam, Epic Games Store, iOS, and Android.

The main addition is Arcano Town, a newly uncovered area with a paradise theme and a new boss called Mother Bunny. The update also introduces Falsi, a new Pyro character who fights with dual blades and pistols. She can be unlocked through the Immersive Theatre event.

Falsi is built around quick attacks and stealthy movement, with abilities including Ambush and Shadowpierce. Her backstory ties her to the Thirteenth Legion as Fulvis’ former adjutant, though the update is mostly selling her as a fast burst-damage option for players looking to add another Pyro pick to their lineup.

  • New cosmetics include Falsi’s limited Stalking Silence outfit, the Civic Ordinance uniform, Zhiliu’s returning Epulary Elegance outfit, and Capriccio of Whimsy outfits for Psyche and Berenica.
  • Falsi’s limited outfit set also comes with a matching hellhound mount and weapon skins.
  • The Emberfrost grenade launcher cosmetic is available through the premium Noctoyager Manual.
  • New activities include Tactical Backpack, an extraction-style mode, Phoxhunter Summit, a harder combat challenge, Moments in Frames photo challenges, and Starry Sojourn co-op missions.
  • Players can earn 51 free pulls through logins and events, plus a chance to get the universal Civic Ordinance outfit.
  • New players can choose a character after finishing the prologue.

Pan Studio also says it plans to involve players more directly in future updates. The studio pointed to feedback around systems such as Character Weapon Proficiency and said it intends to use livestreams and podcasts to talk through upcoming changes and gather more player input.

Duet Night Abyss features both melee and ranged combat, with players swapping between weapon types during fights. The game is split across two story arcs, Chapter Noctoyager and Chapter Twilight.
