Diablo IV Patch 3.2.2 Fixes Season Progression Bugs and a Druid Boss Exploit

Blizzard is rolling out Diablo IV patch 3.2.2 on September 30, 2026, for all platforms. The update is a mid-season cleanup for Season of Hell’s Legacy, aimed mostly at progression blockers, bugged rewards, Runeword issues, and a Druid interaction that could lock down bosses longer than intended.

The biggest fixes are for players getting soft-locked during seasonal content. Entering the Worldstone Chamber portal too quickly could stop the seasonal questline from being completed, while rushing too far down the hive in Lester’s Farm could block dungeon progress. Both should be fixed once the patch lands.

  • The Chamber of Bone should now properly give rewards after completion.
  • The Edge Runeword will no longer let players get two items at once from the Purveyor of Curiosities.
  • The Lore Runeword Helm should no longer turn invisible when equipped.
  • Nihlathak should stay inside the boss arena instead of teleporting outside it.
  • Henri’s Perquisition Unique Charm can now be crafted in the Horadric Cube as intended.
  • Druid’s Pulverize can no longer indefinitely immobilize a Staggered boss.
  • Sorcerer’s Incinerate Enchantment burning damage should now trigger the Tal rune properly.
  • The Sol Rune’s damage reduction should now activate when expected.

The patch also fixes a Tower issue where the Artificer’s Obelisk wasn’t showing available rewards on the map or minimap icon. On the UI side, Blizzard removed a lingering leaderboard button in Eternal when using a controller and fixed pinned currency not being highlighted in the Stats & Materials tab.

There are a couple of broader fixes too, including one for mounted players being unable to interact with the Horadric Post. Blizzard also lists general stability, performance, and visual improvements, though it didn’t break those out in detail.
