Blue Protocol: Star Resonance Season 3 Adds Twin Striker and Fairy Tail Event

Blue Protocol: Star Resonance has opened Season 3, Echoes of Ember, alongside its Fairy Tail crossover event. The update adds the new Twin Striker class, six dungeons, three maps, a new raid, and a musician system.

Twin Striker is a close-range DPS class built around fast attacks and two specs. Formless Spec focuses on keeping combos going, while Crimson Spec builds a gauge for heavier burst damage. The developers rate the class at four-star difficulty, so it’s aimed more at players who want something active to learn.

The six new dungeons are rolling out over time rather than all at once. Cursed Radiant Tomb is available first, with another dungeon unlocking on May 30 and the remaining ones opening every few days through June 11. The dungeons include both solo and co-op challenges, according to the patch notes.

Season 3 also adds Field of Forgotten Illusions, a raid that gets harder as the season moves on. Once all raid stages are unlocked, players will be able to try a consecutive challenge mode that strings the full boss fight together.

For players who aren’t just chasing harder fights, the new musician system lets characters pick up instruments, play music, take on rhythm challenges, or just perform with friends.

The Fairy Tail collaboration runs through June 30. Natsu and Lucy can join players through the Battle Imagine system, and the event also brings limited-time bosses, dungeons, outfits, and housing items themed around the anime.
