Black Desert updates Red Battlefield on PC as Mobile gets a spring event

Pearl Abyss has rolled out different weekly updates across the Black Desert versions, with the biggest gameplay changes landing on PC. This week’s PC patch focuses on Red Battlefield, adding better rewards for winners, changes to token exchange rewards, and an automatic matchmaking feature.

According to the official post, Red Battlefield is also running a new guild league season, along with limited-time bonus rewards just for taking part. Outside of PvP, the patch also increases Deboreka accessory drops in several monster zones, updates the storage UI, and makes another round of class balance changes.

On the mobile side, this update is much lighter. Black Desert Mobile has added a cherry blossom-themed seasonal event, plus more advancement levels for the Charm of Succession gear item, some adjustments to the O’dyllita boost server, and bug fixes. Details are in the patch notes.

Console players didn’t get a game update this week, but Pearl Abyss is highlighting an ongoing class-specific tournament. That event is scheduled to run through April 13.

So if you’re on PC, this is mostly a Red Battlefield patch. If you’re on mobile, it’s more of a seasonal cleanup update with a bit of progression tuning mixed in.
