Warzone Mobile servers are shutting down on April 17, 2026
Activision is officially pulling the plug on Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile. The game’s servers will shut down on April 17, 2026, ending access to online play.
The mobile battle royale was already taken off the iOS App Store and Google Play last May after Activision said it “did not meet expectations.” The publisher had also confirmed at the time that the game would stay online but stop getting new content, with social features and in-app purchases discontinued the same day it was delisted. Activision’s reasoning was laid out in its blog post.
Once the shutdown happens next April, guest accounts for Warzone Mobile won’t be accessible anymore. If you’re using an Activision account, that login will still work elsewhere, including through Activision’s websites and other games that require an account.
Warzone Mobile originally launched in March 2024. AppMagic estimates pegged the game at $1.4 million in consumer spending during its first four days after global release, but its popularity has waned since.
