Warframe hits Android on February 11 in Canada, worldwide February 18

Warframe is finally making the jump to Android next month, with Digital Extremes rolling it out in two stages. Canada gets first access on February 11, followed by a worldwide launch on February 18, according to the official post. The game has been available on iOS devices for over a year now.

To run the Android version, you’ll need a 64-bit Android phone using an ARM64 processor, plus at least 4GB of RAM. Digital Extremes didn’t share a full device compatibility list in the announcement, but those baseline specs should give players a quick idea of whether their phone is in the running.

If you pre-register on Google Play and log in before March 4, you’ll also get a bonus pack called the Cumulus Collection. It includes the Cirrus Armor Bundle, the Cumulus Syandana, two additional cosmetics, and a 3-day Resource Booster.

Like the other versions of Warframe, the Android release will support cross-play and cross-save, meaning you can carry the same account across platforms and play with others regardless of where they’re logged in.

Digital Extremes also briefly teased a “Switch 2” version, mentioning 60 FPS compatibility, Joycon 2 mouse support, and other performance improvements. No release date was attached to that version in this announcement.
