Villagers & Heroes Reopens the Haunted Moors in Patch 5.76

Villagers & Heroes has rolled out Patch 5.76, bringing back the Haunted Moors Halloween event zone for the 2026 season.

The update adds new event rewards, including werewolf mounts, homestead items, and pets. Mounts also get some attention in this patch, with more “Hi ho!” ride animations, including support for bog frogs, plus updated movement animations for some existing mounts.

Patch 5.76 also includes a small but useful quality-of-life change for crowded areas: players can now tap or click quest icons above NPCs to select them more easily. The patch also includes interface tweaks and bug fixes, though the full reward and fix list is in the game’s official patch notes thread.

The Haunted Moors is Villagers & Heroes’ seasonal Halloween event area, so players looking to grab the new mounts and cosmetics can jump in now while the zone is active.
