Tree of Savior Adds Executor Class and Brings Back Popo Boost

Tree of Savior has rolled out a new update on Steam with a fresh class, Executor, joining IMCGames’ long-running MMORPG. The class is built around close-range combat with a giant phantom greatsword, leaning into fast charges, shadow-based attacks, and burst damage.

Executor’s kit focuses on cutting through enemy lines and binding targets with shadow waves before finishing them off with heavy greatsword attacks. The class also builds a Defiance buff whenever its skills hit enemies. Once that reaches max stacks, the character awakens as the Abyssal Executor, gaining a big boost to critical chance and critical damage.

In that Abyssal Executor state, players can use a stronger ultimate skill, and the cooldowns on main skills are reset. In practice, it sounds like the class is designed around setting up a window where you can unload a lot of damage quickly, assuming you keep landing hits and building stacks.

The update is also running alongside the Popo Boost event, which is aimed at speeding up character progression. This version includes a doubled enhancement success rate and free special class vouchers. Players who fully progress through the event can also inherit current season equipment across weapons, armor, and accessories.
