Star Trek Online adds four Enterprise-era ships for its 16th anniversary
Star Trek Online is marking its 16th anniversary with a new Enterprise-themed ship bundle and a documentary-style trailer tied to the wider Star Trek anniversary celebrations. The new ships are available on PC now, while console players will get them on April 7.
The bundle includes four ships inspired by Star Trek: Enterprise: the NP Miracle Worker Light Escort, the Kumari Pilot Light Battlecruiser, the NV Multi-Mission Temporal Cruiser, and the Suurok Intel Science Destroyer. Cryptic says each ship will also be sold separately.
Alongside the bundle, the studio has released a 14-minute cinematic retrospective focused on the early history of the Federation. It leans into Enterprise-era themes and in-universe narration rather than serving as a gameplay update, so the main player-facing addition here is the new set of ships.
For longtime STO players, this is basically an anniversary cosmetic and collection drop more than a major systems patch. If you’ve been waiting for more Enterprise-inspired options for your roster, that’s the big takeaway.
Star Trek Online first launched in 2010 and regularly uses franchise anniversaries and TV tie-ins for new ships, missions, and bundles. This time, the focus is squarely on Enterprise as the series hits its 25th anniversary, alongside Star Trek’s 60th.
