Star Citizen’s Pirate Week 2026 is back, and this year’s event is leaning into the usual outlaw theme with new ship cosmetics, an Arena Commander challenge, community activities, and limited pledge offers.

The announcement doesn’t list exact start or end dates, but players are being pointed toward Spectrum, newsletters, and Star Citizen’s social channels for clues tied to a buried treasure hunt. Solving the code can earn players a golden Pirate Week 2026 doubloon.

  • New Skull and Crossbones liveries are available for the Ironclad, Clipper, Basher, and Shiv.
  • Other returning or featured pirate-style paints include Skullcrusher, Solar Winds, and Meridian.
  • Pirate Swarm is back in Arena Commander, giving pilots a combat challenge with pirate-themed rewards tied to the Gladius and Caterpillar.
  • Players can make “wanted” posters using a provided template and share them on social channels or the Community Hub.
  • Pirate Week pledge offers are live, including the Ironclad Assault and related packs.

As usual for Star Citizen events, part of this is in-game activity and part of it is store-driven. The main things players can actually do are jump into Pirate Swarm, follow the clue hunt, and take part in the community poster bit if they want to play along outside the game.
