RuneScape’s Player Housing overhaul arrives July 13
Jagex has put dates on two of RuneScape’s next big updates. Leagues II: Equilibrium, the next run of the limited-time mode, arrives July 10, while the long-planned Player Housing overhaul goes live July 13.
The housing update is the bigger permanent change. According to Jagex’s roadmap post, it expands how players build and arrange their homes, adds more furniture customization, and raises Construction to level 120 alongside a broader rework of the skill’s related systems.
Leagues II: Equilibrium follows the limited-time format RuneScape brought over after the mode’s success in Old School RuneScape. This season will include regional locking, new buffs, new rewards, and auto-completed quest systems. Jagex says more details on the League are coming soon.
The studio also outlined a few fall updates. Havenhythe Part II is planned for September with a new area expansion, while API and plugin support is scheduled for October. RuneFest is also set for October in Birmingham, England, where Jagex plans to host development panels and share more on what’s next for RuneScape.
