Palia’s next update, Toadstool Tales, hits March 17 with more Elderwood quests
Palia’s next major update is called Toadstool Tales, and it’s set to arrive March 17. It sends players back into the Elderwood Adventure Zone for new main story quests, this time centered around the Zendruu tree.
Singularity 6 also used a new “Mini” dev blog to tease another Adventure Zone, the Royal Highlands, though it’s still mostly a name and a vibe at this point. The post includes a first image of the area and a short look at the recording session for the zone’s theme music, but no release date yet.
Toadstool Tales is pitched as a deeper dive into Elderwood’s history, plus more focus on Ufle. The update will add a new Friendship path with him alongside the next chunk of story quests.
Beyond that, the dev blog also points to a summer-themed run of updates called Sunkissed Summer, with three updates named Bahari Bliss, Shimmering Shore, and An Amberlight Affair. Those are just titles for now, with details presumably coming later in the year.
According to the mini dev blog, the game is also wrapping up its Riffcoffin’ New Year update. That update introduced the Path of the Shred Lunar Path, and the studio notes that Lunar Path progression doesn’t expire. Palia recently ran a “Soup-erb Bowl” community event as well, which handed out rewards to everyone.
