Monsters & Memories Tops 30,000 Active Subscriptions in Early Access

Monsters & Memories has passed 30,000 active subscriptions roughly a month after entering early access on October 1, 2026. The old-school fantasy MMORPG, which takes clear inspiration from classic EverQuest, showed 30,326 active subscriptions on its official live server metrics page as of November 2.

That page also tracks live player counts across public servers, including NA East and EU shards, along with population numbers for starting areas such as Ail’vorith, Evershade Weald, Night Harbor East and West, and Underdocks. The numbers update in real time, so the exact total will shift throughout the day.

It’s a notable bit of transparency for an MMO. Most studios keep subscription and concurrency data private unless they’re sharing a milestone, but Monsters & Memories is currently putting those figures in front of players as part of its public server metrics.

The early access version includes 60 levels, 28 zones, 18 classes, and nine races. Since launch, the team has been rolling out regular patches, mainly focused on fixes and server-side work as development continues toward the full release.
