Lineage II’s ReLIVE Fresh-Start Server Opens September 15

NCSoft is opening a new North American Lineage II server called ReLIVE the Beginning on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. It’s another ruleset option alongside Live, Classic, Aden, Wolf, and Samurai, but this one is aimed at players who want a fresh start with faster progression.

ReLIVE uses the same content additions and PvP rules as the current Live server, according to NCSoft’s launch materials, but it won’t be a straight copy. The big differences are progression-focused: a much higher virtual equipment point limit, an experience buff for early and mid-game leveling, and no vitality systems when fighting regular monsters or bosses from launch through sometime in February 2027.

Pre-registration is already available through the official Lineage II site. Players who sign up can register their coupons after maintenance on September 1, with the rewards becoming usable at 6:00 PM PT on September 15.

The pitch is pretty straightforward: Live-style Lineage II content, but without jumping into a long-running server economy that’s been aging for years.
