Icarus Online’s Global Closed Beta Is Now Live Until October 6

Valofe has opened the global closed beta for Icarus Online on PC. The test, called ICARUS Vanguard, began on September 29, 2026, and now runs through October 6 after the studio extended it by one day.

The global notice lists the start time as 06:00 UTC, while Japanese publisher materials put it at 15:00 JST. Valofe says the extension follows strong interest from pre-registration and beta recruitment, which began on September 10.

Players selected for the closed beta can try key parts of the MMORPG ahead of its planned global relaunch, including updated progression and gameplay changes. Valofe is also handing out beta rewards during the test, plus launch-use items for participants. Those include the Fellow ICA-W01, a limited pet, the “ICARUS Vanguard” title, and cosmetics mentioned in regional materials.

Pre-registration is still open through October 22, 2026, with milestone rewards planned as sign-ups increase. Players can join or find setup instructions through the official Icarus Online and VFUN channels, as well as the ORVVIT community.

Icarus Online is a flying-focused MMORPG built around taming and riding Fellows, with dungeons, quests, and progression being refreshed for its 2026 global return.
