Gloria Victis Halloween Event Adds Headless Horseman Boss and Tameable Skeleton Horses
Gloria Victis has switched on its Halloween event, with seasonal activities running from October 21 through November 4, 2026. The big addition this year is the Headless Horseman, a new world boss encounter that can lead to a pair of tameable black horses with skeleton-style markings.
The Horseman appears on a timer, every hour in loot zones and every three hours in non-loot zones. Players get a notification with an approximate location, but he won’t be marked directly on the map, so tracking him down is part of the event.
- The Headless Horseman fight includes Spookbert’s Minions, and defeating the boss spawns two special horses players can tame.
- Halloween quests are available from capital city quest boards, with 18 quests in total. Each completed quest pays out 100 Candy.
- Players can hold up to three Halloween quests at once. After finishing all three, there’s a four-hour cooldown before another batch is available.
- Candy can be traded to Pat’Shriek for seasonal consumables, new heraldry symbols, and the Pumpkin Helmet of the Harvester of Souls light helmet skin.
- The Island of Wraiths has a new Sea Wraith event tied to mysterious mushrooms appearing across the island.
- Spookbert’s Club, previously used by the Volcano Event boss, is available as a possible Halloween reward.
There’s also a community event called Challenge the GM, where players fight a giant version of community manager GV Spectre. It’ll run separately by server: October 24 at 21:00 GMT+8 on Dukla, October 25 at 21:00 CEST on Wolfield, October 31 at 21:00 ET on Aquilla, and November 1 at 21:00 ET on Monteverde. Each session is expected to last about an hour and 40 minutes.
Outside the Halloween content, the same update increases weekly guild Siege Token rewards. Guilds now get one Siege Token for reaching 100% weekly activity, plus two more at 200%, bringing the weekly activity total to three tokens.
