Farever hits Early Access on May 6 for $19.99, with launch discount and 2026 roadmap

Farever, a new action MMORPG, is launching in Steam Early Access on May 6. According to the official post, the game will cost $19.99 at launch, with a 10% discount dropping it to $17.99 for the first two weeks.

The same post also outlines what players can expect on day one, plus a broader Early Access roadmap for the rest of the year. The announcement shared images for both the launch content and the roadmap, but the text summary mostly focuses on release timing, pricing, server regions, localization, and monetization plans.

  • Early Access starts May 6 on Steam
  • Launch price is $19.99 USD, or $17.99 during the first two weeks
  • Regional servers will be available in Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia, and Mainland China
  • The game supports English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Polish, and Russian
  • A cash shop is planned for cosmetic items like armor skins, mounts, pets, and gliders

On the monetization side, the studio says the in-game shop will sell optional cosmetics through a separate purchasable currency. It specifically mentions armor skins, mounts, pets, gliders, and other visual items, and says those purchases won’t affect gameplay or give players an advantage. The team also says some free items will be available at launch for Early Access players.

Farever will use regional servers, and the developer says players should connect to the closest one to reduce latency. It also confirmed a layering system to help prevent overcrowding, with Steam invites letting players join friends on the same server.

One small caveat: while the game is localized into 10 languages, the developer says some text may still be missing at launch and is asking players to report gaps through the in-game feedback tool.
