DC Universe Online’s Tides of War Event Is Back Through July 28

DC Universe Online has brought back its summer Tides of War event, sending players back into the seasonal fight for Atlantis. The event is live now and runs through July 28, with content aimed at characters level 20 and up.

This year’s version adds a fresh set of rewards, including two new Power Array Augments, the Undersea Usurper Chroma Pack, Absolute Power Aquaman styles, and base NPCs based on Aquaman and Black Manta.

The setup is the usual Atlantis trouble: Ocean Master has returned with mutineer Atlanteans at his side, and the conflict has spilled into the waters near Metropolis. Players can earn Sand Dollars by completing daily missions and seasonal content, then spend them at the Atlantean Quartermaster or Mutineer Quartermaster in the House of Legends.

To jump in, players can track Tides of War from the Mission Journal, queue for the Atlantean Outpost Alert through the Summer Seasonal section of the On Duty menu, or use the Warp Menu to head straight to the event area.
