Aniimo Is Out Now on PC, PS5, and Xbox, With Mobile Coming September 23

Aniimo is now live on Windows PC, Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, and Xbox. The free-to-play creature-catching open-world RPG from FunPlus and Pawprint Studio is also available through Xbox Game Pass on Cloud, Console, and PC at launch.

The mobile version arrives September 23 on iOS and Android. PC and mobile will share account data, so players who start now on PC can sign in on mobile later and continue with the same character.

As with most online launches, the studio is warning players to expect possible login queues, slower loading, stuttering, or other issues while servers fill up. Anyone coming from earlier tests should also know that test progress does not carry over. Eligible test rewards, top-up rebates, and archived Aniimo eggs from the Bonded Promise event can be checked through the game’s test reward redemption page on the official site.

Aniimo has players collecting and “Twin”-bonding with creatures across Idyll, with more than 200 Aniimo available at launch. The game also includes Homeland housing and farming, co-op tools, and PvP modes such as Egg Heist.

Launch rewards include pre-registration bonuses unlocked after the game passed 30 million global sign-ups, including the Sunlit Meadow outfit, an avatar frame, Aniipod Ultra items, Glimmer, and a Susuta Egg for pre-registered players. There are also rewards tied to logging in, catching milestones, launch events, and playing on both PC and mobile.
