Overview

Warrior Overview

Warrior tries to translate a folklore-inspired setting into a space you can truly occupy through VR, rather than simply observe on a flat screen. Instead of keeping the world distant, it focuses on up-close exploration—walking through ornate social hubs and broad natural vistas filled with greenery—then physically reaching out to interact with nearby objects and details. The perspective stays in first person, helping the environment feel like a place you’re visiting instead of scenery in the background.

Class selection is simple yet clearly differentiated, offering four roles: Warrior, Priest, Gunner, and Mage. Although the larger MMORPG structure points toward quests and character growth, the moment-to-moment rhythm is dominated by motion controls, particularly in battle. You swing and strike using your own arm movements, making physical input a core part of the combat loop rather than a button-driven routine.

Advancement is also framed around player choice, with multiple story routes meant to encourage different decisions and repeat play. Outside of fighting and questing, Warrior spotlights VR-oriented activities intended to strengthen the sense of presence, including amusement-style ride segments, light social interactions with other players, and small environmental touches like grabbing at nearby plants.
