Dragon Nest 2 Legend

Dragon Nest 2 Legend was a mobile fantasy ARPG that brought Dragon Nest style action combat to phones for a short-lived run. Players picked from four preset characters, leveled up through a steady stream of quests, and chased better equipment to raise their overall power. Alongside PvE progression, the game also leaned on multiple PvP formats and real-time co-op content to keep the routine moving.

Overview

Dragon Nest 2 Legend Overview

Dragon Nest 2 Legend is a fantasy action RPG designed for mobile, built around quick stages, flashy skills, and character growth through gear. You start by selecting one of four gender-locked characters, each defined by a particular weapon style and a set of job upgrades that shape how your kit develops. Combat focuses on manual control rather than automated targeting, so positioning and aiming your skills matters when enemies begin to swarm or bosses demand cleaner execution. Progression is driven primarily by questing, with main quests pushing the narrative forward and additional sub, daily, weekly, and achievement tasks providing a constant source of experience and rewards. Equipment hunting is a major pillar, since stronger items feed directly into your BP (combat rating), which acts as a simple snapshot of how prepared you are for tougher content. For competitive play, the game offers several PvP variants, including duels, free-for-all style fights, and team-based matches. Social systems are present as well, letting you create or join a guild and contribute toward guild growth and shared perks. Like many mobile titles, a store is integrated, offering purchases such as premium gear options, gold, gems, event and dungeon entry tickets, and certain quest-related items.

Development History / Background:

Dragon Nest 2 Legend is a mobile fantasy ARPG developed by Eyedentity Games, the South Korean studio recognized for creating the original Dragon Nest MMORPG on PC (released in March 2010). Publishing duties were handled by Nexon, a major South Korean games company that also supported the earlier Dragon Nest releases. The project entered closed beta on Android in February 2017, then later appeared with an English soft launch in August 2017. Despite the recognizable branding and familiar action-RPG structure, the service life was brief, ending with a shutdown on December 29, 2017, only a few months after launch.
