Conquer Online Patch 7953 Starts CS Guild War Season III and Expands Blue Rune Resonance

Posted on by

Conquer Online Patch 7953 is set to go live on Sept. 8, 2026, bringing back CS Guild War for Season III and adding a third Rune Resonance slot for Blue Runes.

The patch is fairly focused, with a new competitive season, a month card event, a couple of Capture the Flag prize-setting changes, and one mount-related bug fix. Players should fully close the game client before patching, since the update may not install correctly if the client is still running.

  • CS Guild War Season III runs from Sept. 8 to Oct. 4.
  • The September Month Card event runs from Sept. 8 to Oct. 7.
  • Blue Runes now have access to a third Rune Resonance slot.
  • Capture the Flag Contest prizes will now be set automatically for the following week.
  • Cross-server CTF prizes will also be set automatically for the following week’s contest.
  • The Goldcrest Ember mount should now be able to change color properly after its Pose ends.

The Rune Resonance change is the main character progression update here, while the CTF adjustments sound aimed at reducing manual setup or prize-related issues from week to week. CS Guild War players have just under a month to take part in the new season once the patch lands.
