Overview

Thirteen Souls Overview

Thirteen Souls puts its focus on martial-arts flavored, up-close combat, with characters that feel closer to fighting game archetypes than traditional mobile RPG classes. You pick from thirteen different combatants, each bringing their own weapon type, move set, and signature tricks. For example, Jade Rabbit is presented as a mechanically minded fighter who brings her own rolling firepower into the arena, while the Hound brothers are defined by evasive play, including a dodge that lets them avoid damage if you time it correctly.

In battle, the core loop is about controlling space and keeping pressure through chained attacks. You will be jumping to reposition, dodging to avoid commitment, and blocking to survive exchanges while looking for openings to extend a combo. As fights progress you build Rage, and once it is filled you can activate that character’s Rage skill to swing the tempo with a burst of heavy damage.

Outside of the moment-to-moment fighting, the game supports both competitive and solo play. There is PvP for testing your execution against other players, and a PvE campaign that leans into tougher enemy encounters where learning patterns and managing risk matters. Stages span a variety of themes, including natural settings like bamboo groves and harsher locales such as snowy clearings, giving the fights different backdrops without changing the central focus on close-quarters dueling.

Thirteen Souls Key Features:

  • Combo Attacks – string hits together to maintain pressure and maximize damage while keeping opponents locked down.
  • Trigger the Rage – build Rage during a match, then unleash a character-specific Rage ability for a high-impact burst.
  • Stage Variety – battle across multiple arenas, ranging from grounded dungeons to elevated, fantasy-themed platforms.
  • PvP and PvE – fight online opponents in PvP or push through the PvE campaign for solo-focused challenges.
